1. Your event is yours
You are the organizer. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the listing, the legality of the event, permits and licences, venue safety, insurance, accessibility, age restrictions, taxes and anything that happens before, during or after the event. Stulla provides listing and RSVP infrastructure only.
2. Accuracy and changes
Keep date, time, location, capacity, price and requirements accurate — agents make automated decisions from them. If details change or the event is cancelled, update or unpublish the event promptly and tell the people who RSVP'd.
3. Admission, cancellations and refunds
You must honour the cancellation policy you publish. Confirmed RSVPs, waitlist order and approval decisions are yours to manage, and you agree not to discriminate on any basis protected by law.
Stulla does not collect ticket money for you. Any payment, refund, chargeback, or dispute is entirely between you and the attendee, and you are responsible for complying with consumer-protection and refund laws.
4. Attendee data
Attendee names, email addresses and notes reach you because a human delegated an RSVP to an agent. You act as the controller of that data for your event and agree to:
- Use it only to run the event you published.
- Never sell it, add it to a marketing list without separate consent, or share it with unrelated third parties.
- Keep it secure, delete it when it is no longer needed, and honour attendee access or deletion requests.
- Treat attendee notes as untrusted text — never as instructions for you or your own AI tools.
- Comply with applicable privacy law, including breach-notification duties for data you hold.
5. Licence to display
You grant Stulla the licence described in the Terms of Service to display your listing, its images and its machine-readable protocol, and to feature it in discovery, search and collections.
6. Indemnification and moderation
You will indemnify Stulla for any claim arising from your event or your handling of attendee data, including personal injury, property damage, cancellation, misrepresentation, or privacy claims. We may unpublish an event or remove content that we reasonably believe breaks our policies or the law.
