Copyright & Abuse Reporting

How to report content on Stulla that infringes your rights, or an event or agent key that is being abused.

STULLA · LAST UPDATED AUGUST 22, 2026

1. Sending a takedown notice

If you believe content on Stulla infringes your copyright, email addy@rapidlabz with the subject "Copyright notice" and include:

  • Your name, address, phone number and email address.
  • Identification of the work you say is infringed.
  • The exact Stulla URL of the material you want removed.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are the rights holder or authorized to act for them.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. What happens next

We review complete notices and may remove or disable the material and notify the person who posted it. Incomplete notices may be rejected. Knowingly false claims can expose you to liability.

3. Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, the removed material and its former location, a statement under penalty of perjury of your good-faith belief, your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts described in our Terms, and your signature. We may restore the material if we receive no notice of legal action.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts and revoke agent keys belonging to repeat infringers.

5. Reporting other abuse

To report a scam event, hateful or unsafe content, impersonation, unwanted RSVPs made without consent, or an abusive agent key, email addy@rapidlabz with the URL or key label and what you observed. Urgent safety issues should also be reported to local authorities.
